About the Double Tank Top 30,000 BTU Radiant Heater:

Double your heat with the two burners of the MHS30T. The burner heads combine to provide up to 30,000 BTU of heat whether you are fishing a lake or fixing your brakes. Each burner has three heat settings and can be used individually or together. The burners sit on a swivel so you can aim the warmth at a wider area for your next tailgate or deck party. Tip-over safety switches will cut the gas flow in case the heater is knocked over, giving you comfort all around. Let the MHS30T give you heat thats twice as nice.

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Rental Equipment:

Please read through the following information regarding our rental leases & equipment. This is a compiled list of questions we frequently get asked.

When renting a tool, we will ask for your driver license or ID card, and credit or debit card. We do not run a credit check, and the deposit you are required to pay will be based on the tier of the tool you are renting.

If you have an active lease with us and you will need to extend the term of the lease, please call our office at (915) 200-4554. We will process a payment over the phone for the extended lease. It's important that you call us to avoid being charged late fees.

We credit cards and debit cards for rental equipment. Items purchased in our store can be paid with cash. Only Contractor accounts in good standing are able to pay with Cash for rental equipment.

All rented items are due back by the time indicated on your lease on the day your lease expires for Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Rentals. Items that are not returned or extended by the time and date indicated on your equipment lease will accrue a $75.00 late fee. In addition, you will be charged a $75.00 late fee for each day that you keep the item beyond your lease's expiration date, for a maximum of 10 days. If after 10 days the item has not been returned to our office, we will consider the item lost, and you will be responsible for the full replacement value notated on your lease agreement.

In the event that the equipment isn't working correctly, please call our office at (915) 200-4554, and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem. In addition, instruction manuals for our equipment (when available) will be listed under the equipment's page on our website, and can be viewed, downloaded, or printed directly from our website.

To ensure that your equipment or tool functions correctly and as intended, please test or inspect all equipment prior to renting.

Important notice about gasoline engines:
Some of our equipment is powered by a gas engine. For safety reasons, we do not store equipment with gasoline in the tanks. As with any engine, please check oil and fluid levels (where applicable) prior attempting to start the engine.

We do request that you return your items in the same condition that they were given to you. Please make a reasonable attempt to clean the equipment prior to returning it. Excessively dirty or soiled equipment may require us to charge you an additional $45 cleaning fee, for our time spent cleaning the equipment on your behalf.
