We've tried to make the rental process as quick and easy as possible. Most of the time you can be in and out in less than 10 minutes. There is no credit check, and our security deposits are the lowest in the industry. If you've got a question, its more than likely been asked before and can be found below. Delivery & Pick Up Policy:

We offer delivery and pick up service anywhere within the El Paso city limits for a flat fee of $50, or $75 for heavy equipment weighing more than 100lbs. (This is a one time fee and includes round trip delivery and pick up). Our delivery service is jobsite / curbside only, does not include setting up your equipment (i.e scaffolds). However, our delivery drivers are independant contractors, and may help you set up your equipment for a fee. This fee is at the discretion of the driver, and is paid directly to them. So ask your driver if they would be willing to help set up your equipment, and if so, how much they charge.

Security Deposits must be paid via Credit or Debit Card at the time of pick up. Once your leased items are returned, we process the deposit release within 24 hours to the payment method used. Most refunds are processed the next business day, however it can take up to 3-5 business days for the money to be reflected back in your account.

When renting a tool, we will ask for your driver license or ID card, and credit or debit card. We do not run a credit check, and the deposit you are required to pay will be based on the tier of the tool you are renting.

If you have an active lease with us and you will need to extend the term of the lease, please call our office at (915) 200-4554. We will process a payment over the phone for the extended lease. It's important that you call us to avoid being charged late fees.

We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards only for rental items. Items paid with cash will still need a valid credit or debit card on file for incidental charges.

All rented items are due back by 4:00pm on the day your lease expires. Items that are not returned or extended by 4:30pm will accrue a $75.00 late fee. In addition, you will be charged a $75.00 late fee for each day that you keep the item beyond your lease's expiration date, for a maximum of 10 days. If after 10 days the item has not been returned to our office, we will consider the item lost, and you will be responsible for the full replacement value notated on your lease agreement.

Since we are closed on Sundays, items that would normally be due back on Sunday will require an additional $15 extended rental fee, and will be due back the following Monday. If you rent an item over the weekend (for example, a 2 day rental on Friday, or 1 day rental on Saturday), it's actually due back the following Monday giving you an extra day. The $15 extended rental fee covers the additional day.

We keep your credit card on file for incidential charges, such as late fees, cleaning fees, and lease extensions. Late charges are automatically billed to your card on file in the event that your equipment is not returned by 4:30pm on the date indicated on your lease agreement. This is why it's important to call us ahead of time should you need to extend your lease.

In the event that the equipment isn't working correctly, please call our office at (915) 200-4554, and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem. In addition, instruction manuals for our equipment (when available) will be listed under the equipment's page on our website, and can be viewed, downloaded, or printed directly from our website.

To ensure that your equipment or tool functions correctly and as intended, please test or inspect all equipment prior to renting.

Important notice about gasoline engines:
Some of our equipment is powered by a gas engine. For safety reasons, we do not store equipment with gasoline in the tanks. As with any engine, please check oil and fluid levels (where applicable) prior attempting to start the engine.

We do request that you return your items in the same condition that they were given to you. Please make a reasonable attempt to clean the equipment prior to returning it. Excessively dirty or soiled equipment may require us to charge you an additional $45 cleaning fee, for our time spent cleaning the equipment on your behalf.
